This means as you define your various styles, directions, tech stack etc, around a particular aspect of your work, you paste it into the instructions, then those parameters are used for every 'chat'. Powerful stuff.

e.g. - these are my instructions for when I am making a lovable prompt. Yes that's right, I use Grok to develop good prompts, then cut and paste into Lovable. It works quite well.
